I'm having trouble booking, what should I do?

Please know, with everything now re-open and our suppliers being able to fulfil our experiences again they are receiving a high influx of requests currently so may take longer than usual to get back to you. But, they are super eager to get you booked in and will get back to you as soon as they can, so we thank you for your patience and understanding with this! 

  • The majority of our experiences are booked with our suppliers directly. Visit the My Voucher tab to view all booking instructions. 
  • If you are experiencing trouble with our suppliers online booking system, via the above link you should be able to locate their direct contact details to discuss this.
  • If you’re having trouble reaching our supplier please do reach out to us and we'll do whatever we can to help.
