My voucher has expired, can it be extended?

While government restrictions relating to COVID-19 applied, please know for any vouchers that were due to expire from 1st June 2020 onwards, we extended through to the 30th September 2021 to be able to use and enjoy when safe to do so. To check if your voucher was included within this please enter the details into My Voucher. If it has it will register and show your new extended date and your voucher is good to go!

If your voucher expired prior to then, the chances are it is now too far expired to be able to extend as we can only offer extensions if contacted within 3 months of the expiry date. 

If your voucher is within 3 months of its expiry date and is an extendable voucher, then it should offer you an extension online. All you need to do is visit the My Voucher page and enter your serial number and pin number and select "extend my voucher".

If for any reason you are unable to extend your voucher online and it only expired recently then please do get in touch. This may be due to the experience no longer being on sale, but we can certainly look at the options available to you so you do not lose out.
